Rescue Me ID: 16-05-17-00043Lyla (female)

Parson Russell Terrier Mix    Age: Young Puppy

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Good w/ Most Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Lyla is a 3MO, 4lb, terrier mix. Lyla is just as cute as a button! Her pictures do not do her justice at all. Lyla was dumped at a shelter in TX because her 'family' had gotten her as a present from a friend, but never really wanted a dog. Since Lyla is SO itty bitty, she was terrified in the shelter and would just hide under her little doggy bed that she had in her cage. Our rescue took Lyla in and got her into a foster home very quickly. It was amazing to see how much her personality changed in such a short amount of time. Lyla is now the happiest little girl around. She gets along GREAT with other dogs and rolls over for them to ... (Read More)play with her all time. We call her a baby deer because she bounds around and can get herself so high! Even with those short legs of hers. Lyla also has a long body and stubby legs. Everything about Lyla is just so cute!!! Lyla is great with people and kids. At this point is seems that she had been well socialized and as a result has a very kind and social personality. Lyla loves to follow her foster mom around the house and nibble on her toes to get her attention :) Lyla loves to just play, play, play, but when she wipes herself out, there is no where else she would rather be other than on her foster mama's lap, or snuggled next to the fosters lab. Lyla has SUCH a big heart and so much love to give. When she isn't giving kisses she is looking at you with the most endearing eyes. We believe Lyla would be good in any home situation as long as they have enough time and energy to play and spend time with her. She would do great in a home with another dog or with kids. If you are interested in adopting sweet Lyla, please email us for an application at sunshinecanyondr@gmail.com (Less)
